Triathlon Manitoba at the 2016 Rio Olympics!
Triathlon Manitoba is thrilled to announce that Triathlon Manitoba member
has been named to Triathlon Canada's Male Olympic Team!
Former Triathlon Manitoba MNTC elite athlete,
was also named to the women's team. And, Triathlon Manitoba Official
has been selected by the International Triathlon Union as one of only two Canadian triathlon officials to work at the Rio 2016 triathlon event.
Not only is Tyler a Triathlon Manitoba member, he began his triathlon career here in Manitoba with Kids of Steel and the Manitoba Games, then joining the Triathlon MB Youth Team briefly before moving to the Manitoba (National) Triathlon Centre program under Coach Gary Pallett.
Sarah-Ann Brault, now a resident of Quebec, also trained with MNTC under Coach Gary Pallett, during her junior elite career, and represented Manitoba at the Canada Summer Games in 2009 before attending college int he USA.
Kelly Mahoney has been officiating in Manitoba for more than 15 years, and nationally & internationally for more than 10 years, including the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Kelly is currently the Chair of Triathlon Manitoba's Officials Program.
Way to go Tyler, Sarah-Anne, and Kelly! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment over the years have paid off!

Rio 2016 -
. The Summer Olympics will held in Rio De Janeiro, Brazil from August 5 - 21, 2016. The Triathlon events will take place on August 18 and 20.
